Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder Review

November 17, 2014

Hey guys! So living in my country, its really difficult to find products that matches my skin colour in drugstores. So the only product that has matching skin colour that is available in local pharmacies such as Watsons and Guardian is only Revlon products. So I decided to give this pressed powder a go!

Packaging

It comes in a large, not so travel friendly packaging with a compartment for the sponge and a mirror. It’s white in color as well.

Ingredients

Talc, Dimethicone, Zinc Stearate, Octyldodecyl Glycol Grapeseedate, Polyethylene Saccharomyces/Iron Ferment, Saccharomyces/Copper Ferment, Saccharomyces/Silicon Ferment, Saccharomyces/Potassium Ferment, Saccharomyces/Zinc Ferment, Lecithin, Dimethiconol, Isododecane, Sorbic Acid, Methylparaben, May Contain [+/-: Mica, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, 77492, 77499)].

Application

After applying skincare products, apply over entire face smoothing over forehead, chin, nose and jawline using the puff applicator. For optimal results, you can build until your desired level of coverage.

My Impression

Ok, so I think this is the only drugstore powder that actually has a darker shade which matches my skin color well. Let’s see… the product is really easy to apply because it blends so well. It doesn’t make my face look cakey and makes it look natural. It somehow has coverage yet it doesn’t look like I’ve put makeup on. I have combination skin. When my skin is dry, I could see some patches and I won’t recommend to those who have scars and need more coverage.
